- Manage full cycle AP/AR processes, including invoicing, payments, collections, and cash posting
- Process and support wholesale/export orders, customer setup, and billing
- Maintain permits, licenses, label registrations, and tax filings
- Track, reconcile, and count inventory to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams and support day-to-day accounting operations
- Degree/certificate in accounting or finance preferred, or 2 years of similar experience desired
- Strong customer service orientation across teams and external partners
- High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work well in a remote/work-from-home environment and stay on task
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds and sit, twist, type, or stand for extended periods of time
