Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Clerk, based in Corvallis, OR. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for supporting core accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable required
- Familiarity with job costed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
