Immediately greet Guests, accurately take orders and deliver food, Delight the Guest through the execution of Brand Standards & Food Safety.

Essential Job Functions
Primary Duties:
• Knowledge of the TSFR Roadmap.
• Immediately greet guests and seat as needed.
• Accurately take orders and deliver food with an attention to precision and timeliness.
• Have a robust depth of menu knowledge and possess the ability to confidently answer any question the guest may have.
• Complete the 9 steps of service– including, but not limited to: LTO scripting, rewards program, knowledge of coupons & promos.
• Ask the right questions, upsell, write down orders and repeat back.
• Prepare and deliver beverages and Starters in a timely manner.
• Run food for guests in the dining room.
• Provide timely quality check backs with all guests as well as checking your section for newly seated tables.
• When needed, spot-sweep the dining room.
• Maintain tables and section both during and after each guest visit.
• Complete all assigned side work in a timely manner.
• Keep all server items fully stocked.
• Possess the ability to conduct polite conversation.
• Practices TEAM work.
• Executes full hands in & full hands out of the kitchen.
• Maintain an attitude of “attention to detail” to their section, their neighbors section, & the dining room.
• Completes server 10 point check list.
• Adheres to all cash handling policies.
• Observe the rules of “10/4” and “guest right-of-way.”
• Maintains composure under pressure, approaches situations with a positive attitude.
• Utilizes BLAST when addressing a guest issues & immediately involves the management TEAM.
• Complete all duties as assigned.
• Assures that we Delight Our Guests.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of Guests or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
