Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant in the back-of-house. Assist with food preparation and production as required. Observes and maintains all food safety and sanitation standards.

Essential Job Functions
• Knowledge of the TSFR Roadmap
• Assist with food preparation and production as required.
• Observes and maintains all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation of entire back-of-house including: ware washing, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning and overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Responsible for cleanliness of dumpster and grease disposal areas as well as cleaning of walls, counters and trash cans.
• Maintain clean parking lot areas, sidewalks and surrounding grounds as needed.
• Responsible for assisting with food preparation and production including: Perfect Olga Bread, Starters and Sides, Soups, Hand-Tossed Salads and Desserts.
• Assist Kitchen TEAM Members as needed, & Servers with special guest orders.
• Maintains an impeccably clean uniform and professional appearance.
• Utilize TEAMwork at every opportunity.
• Observe the rules of “10/4” and “guest right-of-way.”
• Maintains composure under pressure, approaches situations with a positive attitude.
• Complete all duties as assigned.
• Assures that we Delight Our Guests.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of Guests or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
