We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Director who will provide leadership and oversight to our substance abuse counseling department. The Clinical Director will play a key leadership role in overseeing the clinical aspects of our addiction treatment programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addiction treatment, clinical supervision, and program development.
Job Summary:
Oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility. Works in a collaborative effort with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of Medical Director, Program Manager, Counselors, and Nurses to identify and meet the clinical needs of the patients and to assist in their overall well-being. Provides clinical supervision to clinical staff, audits patient records, and trains counselors, when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Licensed within the State of OHIO (LPCC-S, LISW) required.
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience working in an inpatient setting is preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
