Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LISW-S to provide clinical services within our residential program. This role is responsible for delivering individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, completing clinical documentation, and providing supervision oversight in accordance with state and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to residential clients
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Provide clinical supervision and sign-off for staff working toward independent licensure
- Ensure all services comply with Ohio Administrative Code, Medicaid, and CARF standards
- Collaborate with residential staff and leadership to support client care
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews
Qualifications
- Active LISW-S license in the state of Ohio (required)
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment (children/adolescents preferred)
- Experience with residential or behavioral health settings is a plus
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
