We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for managing transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on operational leadership and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling, coordination, and receipt of inbound materials (e.g., packaging, raw materials, finished goods) into Sojo hub facilities
- Ensure timely and accurate receiving processes, including inspection, documentation, and system entry in NetSuite and Scale WMS
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve delivery issues and maintain consistent inbound flow
- Oversee outbound order fulfillment and shipment execution from hub locations
- Plan and manage transportation, including carrier selection, routing, and scheduling
- Ensure consistent, reliable delivery performance aligned with customer requirements
- Maintain shipment accuracy, documentation, and traceability across systems
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping using Scale WMS
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures to drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety
- Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and labor utilization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready facility
- Own inventory accuracy within the hub using NetSuite as the system of record and Scale WMS for execution
- Lead cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory adjustments
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate cross-functionally to prevent stockouts or excess
- Ensure proper handling, rotation, and storage of all materials and finished goods
- Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics-related communication with suppliers, carriers, 3PLs, and customers
- Coordinate inbound and outbound schedules with external partners to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Resolve delivery issues and maintain high service levels
- Track and report key performance indicators such as:
- Inventory accuracy
- Order accuracy
- Dock-to-stock time
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce costs, and improve service
- Drive adoption and optimization of NetSuite and Scale WMS to support scalable operations
- Manage and develop warehouse and logistics staff within the hub
- Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Ensure proper staffing, training, and performance management
- Own training and certification for shipping, receiving, and forklift operators, ensuring compliance with safety standards and consistent execution of SOPs
- Perform all other duties as assigned
