Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site office-based role for an Warehouse Operations Assistant in Compton, CA. You’ll work closely with the Chief of Operations and warehouse team to coordinate orders, shipments, inventory, and client requests.

What you’ll do:

Monitor daily customer orders and order status

Manage orders, inventory, and receiving information within our WMS

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the warehouse team

Review ASNs, packing lists, shipping documents, and client instructions

Schedule carrier pickups and track shipments

Communicate client requests and priorities to the warehouse team

Provide clients with order, inventory, and shipment updates

Assist with inventory discrepancies, returns, and order issues

Maintain accurate records and operational documentation

Provide daily administrative support to the Chief of Operations

Organization and follow-through matter here. You’ll help keep communication clear and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce, administration, or 3PL operations preferred

Experience with WMS or shipping software is a plus

Strong computer and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable communicating with clients

Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
