What does the job consist?
As an IT Tech Lead AI/ML Specialist, you'll be at the heart of high technology, working on projects that are transforming our industry. Your machine learning skills and strategic vision will be essential to ensure the efficiency and quality of our AI solutions.
In your day-to-day work, you'll be responsible for maintaining the proper functioning of models, industrializing our artificial intelligence solutions, and ensuring the quality of our data. You'll actively participate in the AI/ML roadmap by developing innovative projects, from image processing to the integration of AI agents into our business processes.
In practice, you will need to master the methodology for developing robust models, data management, and continuous integration. You will be asked to lead a team of talented individuals and collaborate with experts to solve complex and varied problems.
Requirements & qualifications
A graduate with an engineering degree or a PhD in computer science, AI, data science, or an equivalent discipline, with proven experience of more than 5 years in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.
Your technical leadership, team spirit, and ability to simplify and structure complex projects are assets for this position. Your ability to design robust and scalable AI architectures in a demanding industrial environment will also be a key element. You are committed to mentoring your colleagues and subjects within the company.
Reactivity, agility, and versatility, combined with proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and the AWS environment, will be the keys to landing this job!
Experience in the industrial or embedded systems field would be a plus.
