What does the job consist?
Within the Sustainability & Safety department, you will support Soitec in reducing its environmental footprint and enhancing its social impact. You will also be responsible for implementing actions designed to raise awareness and involve employees in this journey. Your missions will include:
Transition to Sustainable Mobility: Proposing and deploying initiatives to encourage the use of public transport, cycling, and carpooling.
Sustainability Awareness & Outreach: Identifying levers and creating content to educate employees on issues related to climate, water, and biodiversity.
Support for Philanthropy: Participating in Soitec’s support for the Sesame endowment fund by setting up actions to promote this program and encouraging employees to engage in volunteering, donations, and events.
Requirements & qualifications
You are a Master’s student (University, Engineering, or Business School) specializing in Sustainable Development or CSR Management, and you are looking for a 12 or 24-month apprenticeship (work-study).
You are enthusiastic, creative, and organized, with the ability to manage diverse tasks while bringing innovative ideas to advance sustainability and CSR initiatives.
You possess strong communication skills and a passion for environmental and social transformation.
