⚙️ We're Hiring: Instrument Technicians (2 Openings)
📍 On-site | Medical Device Manufacturing | Contract
We're placing two technicians — one at mid-level and one at senior level — into a high-impact medical device manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Own assembly, testing, and troubleshooting for assigned instrument production lines
- Troubleshoot electronic circuits, PCBs, and integrated electromechanical systems
- Support process engineering — deviation waivers, quality notifications, repair/rework
- Train production associates and drive continuous improvement
- Lead root cause analysis and update manufacturing procedures
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related field
- Hands-on experience with complex electromechanical instruments
- Strong RCA, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings at an expert level
- Comfortable with oscilloscopes, torque drivers, OEM software, and gauges
- Senior candidates: proven SME-level ownership with minimal engineer support
Robotics experience is a plus for both roles.
