Join our team and play a key role in supporting manufacturing finance operations for our Infection Prevention business. This position partners with Finance and Operations leaders to drive financial performance, cost management, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end close and financial reporting activities
• Perform product costing, variance analysis, and inventory reviews
• Medical Device experience.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
• Maintain financial integrity within SAP
• Assist with SOX compliance and audit requirements
• Develop business cases and support operational decision-making
Qualifications:
âś” Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
âś” 2 years of accounting/finance experience in a medical devices environment
âś” Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros)
âś” ERP experience required; SAP preferred
âś” Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
