SOHA Structural Engineers is currently hiring for multiple positions for the role of Structural Project Engineer to join our team in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day design, construction and coordination activities, working with the engineering and drafting staff.
  • Effectively communicate with the Design Principals and Sr. Project Managers other design team members for clear and concise project-related technical concepts and methods.
  • Lead the preparation of the construction documents and other discipline’s coordination.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, simultaneously.
  • Assist in quality control and project time management financials.

 

Qualifications

  • 5 years of structural engineering design and analysis experience.
  • Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Professional Civil Engineer license in California required: Structural Engineer license in California is preferred.
  • Strong fundamentals with a technical background in analysis, design, and detailing.
  • Experience with software: ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RISA, Perform 3D, Excel, Mathcad, Revit, AutoCad.

Base Salary Range: 125k-160k depending on experience, skill set, education and licensing
