Job Description: We are looking for a talented Technical Analyst/Writer to join our team, focusing on software development for a client's loan origination system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit reporting, automated bill payment solutions, and complex data structures. You will ensure seamless integration and performance of the client's systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for the client's loan origination software.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Technical Expertise:
- Understand credit reporting mechanisms and automated bill payment solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Database Analysis:
- Navigate and query databases to extract and analyze data.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Collaboration/Communication:
- Organize knowledge in collaboration tools (e.g., wikis).
- Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical support during the software development lifecycle.
- Create user stories from inception to development-ready.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to the client's loan origination systems.
- Propose and implement solutions to optimize system performance.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in technical analysis and support for financial software development.
- Ability to convey complex concepts clearly in writing.
- Knowledge of credit reporting, automated bill payment solutions, and loan origination processes.
- Proficiency in navigating databases and writing SQL queries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Organized and passionate about enabling teams and curating knowledge in collaboration tools.
- Strong bias for action and learning by doing.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with financial sector regulations.
- Experience with automated testing and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
