What you will do at Sogeti:
Architecture & Design
- Define and document end-to-end solution architectures across applications, integrations, and data flows.
- Establish architectural patterns leveraging Azure services, NServiceBus, and .NET-based microservices.
- Ensure designs align with enterprise standards, performance, and security best practices.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with multiple engineering teams across onshore and offshore locations to ensure consistent delivery and architectural alignment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mixed contract and FTE teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and delivery managers to translate business requirements into architectural solutions.
Governance & Quality
- Define and enforce architecture governance, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Review solution implementations, perform design walkthroughs, and oversee technical quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture practices and DevOps automation pipelines.
- Proactively provide MVF planning for achieving desired states of core capabilities
Delivery Support
- Support project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, scalability, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with QA and testing partners to ensure system reliability and readiness.
What you will bring - Required:
- 10 years of experience in software engineering and 5 years in tech lead roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering solutions using:
- Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Storage, App Insights, etc.)
- C# / .NET 6 frameworks for enterprise applications.
- NServiceBus for message-driven, distributed systems.
- Experience leading hybrid global teams (onshore/offshore, FTE/contract mix).
- Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design (DDD).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LeanIX
What you will bring - Preferred:
- Experience integrating legacy .NET Framework systems with modern Azure-based architectures.
- Knowledge of secure design principles and compliance (SOC2, ISO, etc.).
- Prior experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Adaptable and proactive in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.

or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $150,000-169,000.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
