What you will do at Sogeti:
- Support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing operationalization of enterprise data governance capabilities.
- Assist with the rollout and maintenance of Databricks Governed Catalog and associated governance tooling.
- Promote adherence to data governance policies, standards, and best practices across data products and platforms.
- Identify, document, and classify sensitive data elements across datasets and data domains.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and governance requirements.
- Translate business policies, access requirements, compliance obligations, and governance standards into actionable business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define governance processes and control requirements.
What you will bring:
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or related fields with at least 3 years of Data governance experience
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Understanding of data governance principles, metadata management, data classification, and data stewardship.
- Experience working with data platforms, data warehouses, and modern data ecosystems.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex governance and compliance requirements into actionable solutions.
- Experience working with HR data would be nice to have
Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
