Financial Systems Trainer – Lending Operations Technology
Hybrid Opportunity
M-F, 40hrs/week

Long-Term Contract Opportunity (18 months)
A nationally recognized financial services organization is seeking a Financial Systems Trainer with strong experience supporting commercial lending or banking operations platforms. This role will play a key part in a large-scale enterprise lending technology transformation initiative focused on user readiness, operational enablement, and training delivery.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex lending workflows into practical learning experiences and partnering with operations teams during major platform modernization efforts.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions for operations and business users
• Develop learning content including participant guides, quick-reference materials, simulations, and knowledge assessments
• Create realistic training scenarios aligned with day-to-day lending operations processes
• Support hands-on learning through sandbox or testing environments
• Partner with operational stakeholders to document and refine business procedures
• Facilitate adoption of new lending technology and workflow enhancements
• Conduct walkthroughs of system functionality, operational processes, and transaction flows
• Reinforce learning through workshops, labs, and scenario-based exercises
• Ensure training content stays aligned with evolving business requirements and platform enhancements
What We’re Looking For
• Experience training users on commercial lending, syndicated lending, or banking operations systems
• Strong understanding of lending operations processes such as servicing, booking, maintenance, settlements, or payments
• Experience developing structured training programs and user enablement materials
• Ability to simplify technical or operational concepts for varied learner audiences
• Experience supporting technology implementations, upgrades, or conversion initiatives
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced enterprise environments with multiple priorities
Preferred Experience
• Experience with enterprise lending platforms such as LoanIQ or similar commercial lending technologies
• Background supporting system migration or platform transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting UAT, sandbox, or training environments
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
