We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer / Enterprise Systems Lead to help drive the evolution of enterprise applications and integrations across the organization for the Boston Location near South Station. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex systems challenges, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring junior team members while remaining deeply involved in the technology itself.
Rather than being a people-management-heavy position, this role is focused on technical leadership, platform ownership, integrations, and hands-on engineering within a growing enterprise systems environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing, integrating, supporting, and optimizing ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms, along with deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead hands-on enterprise systems engineering efforts across ERP, CRM, HCM, and business platforms
- Design, build, support, and optimize integrations between enterprise applications and third-party systems
- Serve as the technical lead for enterprise platform enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives
- Work directly within systems to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, enhance reliability, and optimize performance
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Support Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud administration, integrations, and ongoing enhancements
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance without being removed from day-to-day engineering work
- Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and systems roadmap planning
- Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners during deployments and integrations
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, workflows, and operational procedures
- Support SOX controls, audit activities, system governance, and production support operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and HCM implementations, integrations, and support
- Experience working directly within platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, UKG, Ceridian, Concur, SharePoint, or similar enterprise systems
- Deep experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Strong background with enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, automation, and cross-platform workflows
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex enterprise systems issues
- Experience leading technical initiatives while remaining actively involved in engineering and delivery
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to small teams
- Experience operating in Agile environments with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with SOX-controlled or compliance-focused environments preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
