Responsibilities
- Perform record-by-record reconciliation, aggregate totals validation, and exception identification to ensure no data loss or corruption during the PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration
- Refine data crosswalks showing PeopleSoft field equivalents, data type conversions, formula translations, and Workday FDM integration points
- Identify data quality issues, unmapped fields, transformation failures, and process deviations between legacy and target systems
- Review and validate how PeopleSoft budget data integrates into Workday via Financial Data Model, ensuring compliance with FDM schema requirements
- Document validation findings and remediation steps. Prepare detailed validation reports with exception logs, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective actions for data issues
- Support UAT and sign-off activities & Collaborate with Budget team members and project stakeholders to validate reconciliation results and certify readiness for go-live"
