Responsibilities:
- Conduct rigorous, functional, exploratory, and regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing on Adobe mobile applications
- Validate end-to-end mobile app checkout journeys, upsell paths, payment processing, UI responsiveness, and UI design.
- Identify, isolate, and document software defects, latency issues, and edge-case transaction failures.
- Partner with onsite developers, product managers, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and track fixes through deployment.
- Serve as a testing subject matter expert, advising cross-functional stakeholders and client teams on proper test procedures when needed.
- Build, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test plans
Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of QA experience with a strong emphasis on Android and iOS mobile application testing, and ecommerce.
- Demonstrated experience testing transactional workflows, ecommerce systems, or payment processing flows, including Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting software running on physical devices or simulator environments.
- Proficiency in API validation and network inspection using tools such as Postman and Charles Proxy.
- Proven track record using test case management systems (e.g., TestRail, Jira) for bug tracking and test reporting.
- Familiar with feature flags and A/B testing
- Basic familiarity with or exposure to test automation (Appium, Selenium, Expresso, XCUITest) is a plus, with an appetite to learn down the line.
