Responsibilities:
- Build driver-based financial models to support forecasting process, and financial reporting. Run sensitivity analysis, provide data analytics to assess risk and opportunity
- Drive operational excellence through automation, standardization to improve efficiency, consistency, and accuracy to help scale the business
- Deliver insights on key business metrics using data visualization and analytics to advise business performance and drive action plan
- Consolidate financial reporting across the core business as well as emerging strategic business. Lead financial analysis to identify synergy opportunities across line of businesses.
- Partner with various audiences across the business to drive continual cost efficiencies and operational improvements
- Articulate findings and facilitate decision-making process across business and finance executive leaders
- Prepare business summary. Analyze emerging trends and provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business results
- Develop into a trusted partner with multiple business partners by collaborating and contribute towards achieving the shared goals
- Support Annual operational plan and Quarterly forecasting process
- Self-starter who can take charge of complex tasks with minimal direction and develop new strategies to approach business challenges
- High attention to detail, proven analytical rigor with the ability to lead, set objectives, and get results
- Strong communication & social skills with ability to influence and drive decision making across cross-functional teams
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including ability to handle several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills a must. Experience in Tableau, TM1, Alteryx, PowerBI and SQL
- Technical skills in data dashboarding and reporting automation
- 4 - 6 years of Finance experience required; experience in SaaS, Investment Banking, or Consulting experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; CPA/MBA preferred, but not required
- Minimum 4-6 years of FP&A (or related) experience
