Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Document QC Specialist for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities :
- Prep for scanning: Review hard copy documents, select those that should be scanned for record-keeping purposes and those that should not (based on training); ensure that documents to be scanned are properly collected, collated, and otherwise ready to be digitized; prep documents for shipping to scanner as needed; assist with disposal of documents that do not require scanning
- Post-scan QC: Review PDFs for clarity, legibility, correct pagination, completeness, duplication (i.e. mistakes made in scanning process), and flag mistakes; store QC-ed documents in digital files as directed
- Will be trained and then work under direct supervision
- Attention to detail, highly organized, ability to work efficiently, comfortable taking direction but also asking clarifying questions
- Comfortable working in storage area
- Previous document QC experience preferred; will be working with confidential material

Salary : $25 - $28
