Title: Document QC Specialist

We are seeking two (2) Document QC Specialists for an approximately six-month, fully onsite project supporting large-scale document review and digitization efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Review hard copy and PDF documents before and after digitization to ensure quality and accuracy
- Prepare physical documents for scanning by organizing, collating, and identifying records appropriate for retention based on established procedures
- Ensure documents are properly packaged and prepared for shipment to scanning teams as needed
- Assist with the secure disposal of documents that do not require digitization
- Conduct post-scan quality control reviews of PDFs to verify clarity, legibility, pagination, completeness, and identify duplicate or incorrectly scanned files
- Flag and escalate scanning or document quality issues as appropriate
- Organize and store reviewed digital documents according to established procedures
- Handle confidential and sensitive materials with professionalism and discretion
- Previous document quality control or records management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable following direction while also proactively asking clarifying questions when needed
- Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a storage or records environment
- Training will be provided
- Position operates under direct supervision
- Fully onsite assignment for the duration of the project
