Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Training Program Manager to lead and coordinate a Microsoft 365 and productivity software training initiative for municipal staff. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of program execution, including planning, curriculum coordination, logistics management, stakeholder communication, and training delivery support.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
Coordinate training schedules, logistics, staffing, and resource allocation
Manage curriculum development efforts across multiple training disciplines
Oversee onsite training delivery and participant engagement
Monitor attendance and training effectiveness
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule
Prepare status reports, summaries, and improvement recommendations
Facilitate communication among instructors, technical staff, and client leadership
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing enterprise software training programs
Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Ability to work onsite in Castle Pines, Colorado
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification
Experience managing Microsoft 365 adoption or training initiatives
Experience supporting municipal or local government organizations
Familiarity with adult learning methodologies
