We are looking for a Finance Manager to support Business Financial Services and work closely with the Assistant Superintendent, supporting the administrative offices of 30 districts.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Finance, accounting, budgeting, and payroll
- Payroll taxes, wage laws, and ACA reporting
- GASBY experience preferred
- Retirement systems: ERS/TRS
- Accounts receivable and check processing
- W-2/1099 processing and year-end reporting
- EFT, ACH, and Positive Pay files
- State reporting and fiscal year-end processing
- HR, bidding, and financial systems administration
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong payroll and accounting background
- Knowledge of tax laws and fiscal procedures
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to train others and work in a high-profile, accuracy-focused environment
- Must be local and available for an in-person interview
