Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Take and record vital signs
- Provide mobility, hygiene, and feeding assistance
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver exceptional resident care
Requirements:
- Active CNA Certification
- BLS/CPR Certification (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in an SNF, LTC, or Rehab setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
