Duties

- Oversee budgeting processes for nursing services, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial sustainability.
- Manage recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff to maintain high standards of clinical practice.
- Lead team management initiatives that promote professional development, morale, and effective communication among staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Provide instructional leadership by mentoring nursing personnel and fostering continuous education aligned with current healthcare best practices.
