Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing team at a Skilled
Nursing Facility (SNF). The DON will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality resident
care, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide leadership to nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all nursing operations and ensure quality patient care.
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
Coordinate resident care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Monitor quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or nursing leadership in a Skilled Nursing Facility or
Long-Term Care setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of CMS, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
Ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional resident care.
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
