Job Summary:
The Low-Voltage Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering all low-voltage resources (personnel, vehicles, equipment, and tools) for the Low-Voltage Services division.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain utilization and scheduling of all low-voltage resources, both in-house and subcontracted, including timely coordination of scheduled services with site (client) contacts.
- Administer the selection and assignment of all low-voltage resources, both in-house and subcontracted, to both distinct phases of projects and/or other service related field work alike.
- Maintain a “Two Week” look ahead in CW Dispatch Portal for all LVS technicians and specialists.
- Optimize low-voltage resource utilization based on their skill set, specialties, performance, and current workloads, amongst other performance factors.
- Maintain daily reporting of LVS personnel absences and coordinate coverage where needed.
- Ensure daily all LVS technicians and specialists have accurately entered their time in CW and TS.
- Ensure daily all parts used have been accurately captured and entered into CW for proper billing.
- Review weekly all driving, vehicle, or other performance reports of LVS technicians and specialists.
- Review, assign, and delegate all service and project tickets alike for all low-voltage division boards.
- Oversee and schedule parts staged, escalate to onsite, and any other critical statuses accordingly.
- Coordinate 3rd Party labor on an as needed basis once confirmed by Director or other Supervisor.
- Follow up with sites (clients) and ensure assigned tasks have been fully completed satisfactorily.
- Work with client to remediate concerns related to service issue(s), including any that may have been reported to Directors, Project Managers, or Executive Management.
- Administer and respond to client, business, and procurement emergencies affecting the LVS division, including the selection and reassignment of any low-voltage resources on a discretionary basis.
- Maintain a current Project Gant Chart in shared Excel spreadsheet for Management use only.
- Maintain a current “Ten Week” look ahead in shared Excel spreadsheet for Management use only.
- Work with project teams to prepare for field deployment by attending project handoff meetings.
- Proactively communicate scheduling information, changes, and risks to our technical resources to Directors, Project Managers and Executive Management.
- Coordinate with in-house Project Managers and ensure any subcontractors (once confirmed by Director or other Supervisor) are scheduled and dispatching to projects on schedule.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for all LVS technicians and specialists, and work with the Director of Low-Voltage Construction and Services to implement.
- Work directly with the Director of Low-Voltage Construction and Services to implement procedures governing dispatching and scheduling, coordination with procurement, and other interdepartmental coordination.
- Other tasks (that are within the scope and overall context of this job description) as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- 5 years administering resources for an MSP or LV Services Provider, or equivalent demonstration of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduation from High School or equivalent.
- Valid Florida Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- English language (fluent), Spanish language a plus but not required.

Employment Terms: Full-time, Exempt, Salary. Eligible for benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability) and 401(k) after introductory period. Typical business hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding company-observed holidays. Some weekend and after-hours work required.
