Soft Tech Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a dynamic range of platform services, including ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Okta, Box, Socrata, and Zendesk. The ideal candidate will bring strong business analysis expertise, coupled with project management skills, to drive successful implementation and optimization of these platforms. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing requirements, and ensuring smooth delivery of solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Develop system documentation, including workflows, user stories, and process maps.
• Lead efforts to streamline and optimize business processes across platforms.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks, ensuring consistent progress and alignment with goals.
• Provide technical documentation, user guides, and training for platform users.
• Conduct data analysis to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog management, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Regularly report project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with knowledge of ServiceNow and similar platforms.
• Strong project management skills, including resource management, risk mitigation, and schedule adherence.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with system testing, UAT, and technical documentation.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies preferred.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Able to work independently with little to no oversight.
