We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to a 12 years old girl in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the client's living space through light housekeeping tasks.
- Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in community events.
Qualifications
- Experience of working with children with special needs is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
- Experience working with diverse populations, individuals with disabilities, autism, or memory care needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
