Revive Home Care LLC is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to support clients with compassionate, everyday care in Rocky Hill, CT.
Position SummaryAs a Personal Care Assistant, you will help clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence through supportive, person-centered assistance. You’ll provide hands-on help with daily living activities while partnering with clients, families, and the care team to follow individualized care plans.
This is a full-time onsite role for someone who takes pride in delivering reliable, respectful support and who communicates clearly in a fast-paced caregiving environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility support, and routine care tasks
Provide companionship and encourage engagement in daily activities aligned with client preferences and care plans
Support safe transfers, positioning, and mobility while following established safety and care procedures
Observe and report changes in client condition, comfort, or needs to the appropriate care team members
Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful care environment according to client and agency standards
Ability to provide dependable, compassionate support to clients with varying needs
Experience in a caregiving or personal assistance role (formal or informal experience acceptable)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, respectful approach
Ability to follow care instructions, safety procedures, and established routines consistently
Availability to work full-time onsite in Rocky Hill, CT
Prior experience supporting clients with mobility assistance and personal care tasks
Familiarity with documenting care activities and communicating observations accurately
Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in client interactions
Hourly rate: $17.50
