As an SOA for the gatehouse you will be responsible for to process outbound delivery paperwork from warehouse and verify shipping information is scanned and filed in the system, while complying with instructions and prescribed routines, methods or procedures and involving minor decision making.

As an SOA for the gatehouse you will be responsible for to process outbound delivery paperwork from warehouse and verify shipping information is scanned and filed in the system, while complying with instructions and prescribed routines, methods or procedures and involving minor decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Record and check all trucks/cars and all visitors entering and leaving site -this includes verifying their info and the order they are picking up or delivering, adding them to our logbook, and then assigning them a door.
- Issue instructions to all drivers for parking of vehicles and for specific and relevant procedures
- Communicate with Transportation Office Assistant (TOA) with carrier estimated times of arrival.
- Data entry- When trucks are loaded, you will enter the appropriate data into SAP and bill the order out. Once the order is billed out, you will put completed paperwork in the trailer.
- Prepare shipping labels for all small package shipments.
- Communicate with other departments outside of transportation for deliveries.
- Other responsibilities include monitoring and replying to emails in a timely manner, scanning and filing paperwork, printing orders for the next day, and communicating issues to the appropriate department / or supervisor.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree a plus
- Minimum 3 years Proven experience as shipping and receiving admin/clerk or similar position
- Knowledge of HACCP & OSHA standards
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge in SAP and MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities
