Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials, ensuring proper documentation and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinate the movement of raw materials to ensure timely delivery to production areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to leadership.
- Ensure raw materials are stored in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support the implementation and adherence to procedures for material handling and storage.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to support material availability.
- Identify and report any quality or supply issues related to raw materials.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas.
- Assist with data entry and reporting in inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory-related role.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and material handling practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory systems is a plus.
