We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance operations at our Lewiston, ID location. This role ensures equipment reliability, supports production processes, and leads a team of electricians to maintain safe and efficient operations.

- Manage and direct assigned electricians, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safe work practices, maintain compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations, and lead structured safety meetings. Coordinate and oversee electrical and instrumentation (E&I) maintenance activities, ensuring all work aligns with schedules and business unit needs.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment and process control issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Plan, organize, and execute electrical maintenance shutdowns, shop rebuilds, and repairs while managing costs and timelines.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance, plc programing, improve Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and other process control systems.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, obtain price quotes, and manage the purchase order process for equipment and repairs.
- Monitor equipment performance, implement preventive maintenance strategies, and oversee lubrication system oil analysis.
- Work closely with Business Unit Managers, shift supervisors, planners, and other stakeholders to align maintenance activities with operational goals.
- Approve payroll, manage job assignments, oversee repair records, and maintain structured documentation to support maintenance operations.
- Associates degree / certificate or apprenticeship in Electrical Maintenance or related field. Electrical is preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of electrical experience. Industrial experience is preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and temperature variations.
- Must be able to stand, walk on concrete surfaces, and climb stairs and ladders.
