⸻Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

⸻Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Manage and support staff to maintain high service standards
• Handle scheduling, shift coverage, and labor management
• Ensure proper cash handling, deposits, and financial accuracy
• Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems as needed
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls Enforce company policies, health, and safety standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns Train, coach, and develop team members
• ⸻Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) Experience with POS systems
• Proficient in cash handling and financial procedures
• Experience creating and managing staff schedules Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAvailability to work weekends and holidays

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
