Maintenance Facility Manager
New Higher Rate: (Make up To $24/hr - $26/hr)

Educational Requirements: High school graduate or GED required.
Experience Required: General maintenance and repair experience required, prior experience working in maintenance or as a Maintenance Facility Manager preferred.
Professional Licensure and Certification Required: N/A *Must have valid driver’s license.
Essential Functions
- Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion.
- Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs.
- Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility.
- Ensure that facility grounds are neat and in order.
- Run errands as needed for supplies—requires driving a motor vehicle.
- Follow a Preventative Maintenance schedule to ensure the proper care and functioning of essential equipment in the facility.
- Participates in inspections (surveys) conducted by authorized agencies.
- Participates in quality assurance and improvement processes within the facility.
- Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence.
