Job Title: General Manager
Location: Hornell, NY
Salary: $41,000 - $65,000 per year, plus performance bonuses and TAG commissions
Job Type: Full-time
ACS Facility Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our facility services operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, a proven track record of leading teams to success, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities
- Manage and coordinate the work of all staff, including janitorial, maintenance, and administrative personnel
- Develop and implement facility management plans, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
- Manage and maintain customer relationships
- Monitor and manage the budget for the assigned facilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors
- Train and develop staff to ensure a high level of performance
- Perform other duties as assigned by the regional manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Must be available to work scheduled hours of 1:30 pm -10 pm Monday through Friday and 20 Saturdays/Sundays for floor care jobs annually.
