This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Francisco, CA. The Education Program Coordinator will oversee the development and implementation of educational programs, manage various projects, and collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating program logistics, assisting in curriculum development, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of education initiatives. The role also involves evaluating program effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Experience in Educational Programs and Program Management, with a strong ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and a solid understanding of educational strategies and best practices.
• Strong Communication skills, including collaboration, relationship building, and the ability to effectively present ideas and provide feedback.
• A background in Education, with prior experience in academic or educational settings being advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in using technology tools and platforms relevant to education and program coordination is a plus.
