Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate logistics for major events including conferences, summits, dinners, and pilgrimages
- Manage venue selection, catering, audiovisual, registration, and on-site execution
- Develop detailed run-of-show documents and event timelines
- Collaborate across departments to align programming with mission and strategic priorities
- Coordinate vendors and negotiate favorable terms when appropriate
- Manage event-related scheduling, calendars, and internal planning meetings
- Support travel coordination for speakers, leadership, and staff
- Maintain organized documentation including contracts, reports, and post-event evaluations
- Assist with attendee communications, surveys, and follow-up tracking
- Attend events as needed to provide on-site coordination and operational support
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 2 years of experience in event coordination, operations, or project management
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- High attention to detail and strong execution discipline
- Experience coordinating vendors and managing event logistics
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems in real time
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments
- Deep alignment with the Catholic faith and the mission of evangelization through education
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends
- Experience supporting conferences or multi-day national events
- Background in nonprofit or education-based organizations
- Experience coordinating travel logistics
- Familiarity with CRM or event registration platforms
- Experience supporting multi-site or network-based organizations
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
