What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista / Cashier position at Socialite Cafe?
Socialite Cafe (Kettering) is hiring both baristas and cashiers.
Main details:
- $12.50/hr (up to $13.50/hr)
- Part-time up to 30 hours per week
- Evening or weekend availability
Current availability slots we're looking to fill:
Weekdays:
- Cashier: 4:00pm-9:30pm
- Barista: 5:00pm-10:00pm
Saturdays:
- Barista: 6:00am-1:00pm
- Cashier: 4:00pm-9:00pm
Sundays:
- Barista: 7:30am-1:30pm
- Barista: 9:30am-3:30pm
Traits we look for:
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable working with teammates and good at socializing with guests.
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Previous barista or hospitality experience is a plus (up to $13.50/hr)
Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders accurately on Toast POS
- Make and deliver beverages promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Interact with guests with warmth, hospitality and attention to detail
