THE COMPANY:
Social Vocational Services (SVS) has been serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout California since 1977.
THE POSITION:
We’re looking for a full-time Case Manager at our Clovis program office.
- Supervise and monitor clients during daily activities
- Develop & monitor individual client plans
- Assess, evaluate, implement and chart client’s progress on goals and objectives
- Interacts with clients, caregivers, counselors and others
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of the principles of management, supervision and training
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Good driving record and valid California driver’s license
- Post-job offer, must obtain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance
- Must pass post-job offer job-related physical exam including TB test
