Photo Booth Attendant (Occasional Weekends)
Social Spark Photo Booths is looking for friendly, dependable attendants for occasional events at our booth at Hiland Park Country Club in Queensbury, NY.
The booth is already at the venue. This role does not require an SUV, transporting a booth between locations, or storing company equipment at home. You do need reliable transportation to and from the venue, including after evening events.
Pay and schedule
Pay starts at $250 per event, with rates up to $350 based on relevant experience and responsibilities. The daily range shown on this listing represents one event assignment. Hours vary by event and include setup, operation, and breakdown. The schedule and rate are confirmed in advance. This is occasional, per-event contract work based on bookings; a set number of events or hours is not guaranteed.
We particularly need Friday afternoon/evening and Saturday availability, with occasional Sundays. Please tell us about your actual availability and existing commitments.
What you'll do
- Set up the booth and supplies at the venue before guests arrive.
- Welcome guests, explain how the booth works, and help with photos and prints.
- Keep the guest experience friendly and organized.
- Follow equipment instructions, handle basic troubleshooting, and contact the team when help is needed.
- Coordinate with the event team, arrive at the agreed setup time, and pack down equipment carefully afterward.
What we're looking for
- Dependable follow-through, punctuality, clear communication, and a welcoming manner with guests.
- Reliable transportation to Hiland Park Country Club in Queensbury.
- Comfort learning photo booth software and following setup instructions.
- Ability to perform setup and breakdown duties, including moving equipment up to 50 lbs, with reasonable accommodation where needed.
Customer service, hospitality, or event experience is helpful. Photography experience is a plus, not a requirement.
