About the Role
We’re looking for a cool, internet-native Social Media Manager Intern who understands culture, online communities, and how content should feel native across platforms. You’ll work closely with our Design Head to turn trends, ideas, and conversations into visually strong, highly relatable content. Alongside social media, you’ll also help review and improve blog content to ensure it feels human, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice.
What You’ll Do
- Identify trends, formats, and cultural moments across platforms
- Collaborate with the Design Head on content ideas and visuals
- Create relatable, platform-native content (posts, memes, carousels, short videos)
- Research and participate in relevant subreddits in an authentic, non-promotional way
- Write and engage through Reddit-native posts and comments
- Review blog drafts for clarity, tone, relatability, and flow
- Suggest improvements to make blogs more engaging and shareable
- Ensure consistency between blog content and social messaging
- Experiment with content formats and learn from performance
- Support scheduling and light community engagement

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit
- Ability to spot early trends and emerging conversations
- Good writing sense for short-form and long-form content
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
- Ownership and consistency
Nice to Have Experience managing social accounts or content pages Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools Interest in startups, SaaS, AI, or digital marketing Experience editing or reviewing blogs or newsletters
