Social Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric speech, occupational therapy and ABA clinic located in West Bloomfield, MI.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments to identify behavior goals and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in special education or related field is preferred.
