formance.Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, remote role based in Nashville, TN, responsible for managing and growing client social media channels. This role includes developing and executing social media strategies, planning content calendars, and publishing engaging posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and others. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns for reach and conversion, and respond to audience interactions to build community and brand loyalty. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with designers and content creators, aligning social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns, and staying current with platform updates and best practices. The role also includes regular reporting, presenting insights to internal teams and clients, and recommending data-driven impr
ovements.Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine multi-platform campaigns.
