DC Cards is a fast-growing sports card breaking and live-selling business. We create content daily around sports cards, live breaks, pack openings, big hits, reactions, and hobby news. Our goal is to become one of the largest sports card content brands across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, and X.
We are looking for a motivated Social Media Manager / Content Editor who understands short-form content and can help scale our content operation.
ResponsibilitiesContent Editing
- Clip livestreams into engaging short-form content
- Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Snapchat Spotlight
- Add captions, hooks, zooms, cuts, and graphics when appropriate
- Identify viral moments from streams and breaks
- Create thumbnails and promotional graphics
Content Posting
- Upload content across all platforms daily
- Follow posting schedule and content calendar
- Schedule and organize content
- Track performance metrics
Growth & Strategy
- Help identify trends and viral formats
- Analyze successful content and recommend improvements
- Test new content ideas
- Repurpose content efficiently across multiple platforms
- Suggest ways to increase followers, views, and engagement
Community Management
- Respond to comments and messages when needed
- Engage with followers
- Monitor audience feedback

Requirements
- Experience editing short-form content
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Familiarity with sports cards is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and organized
- Available 7 days per week for content management responsibilities

Compensation
