Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Relationship Manager at the VP level for their CRE space!
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate clients
- Prospect and promote new business while expanding existing relationships
- Structure, evaluate, and negotiate lending transactions
- Perform financial analysis and prepare credit applications
- Lead due diligence and complete KYC and compliance requirements
- Manage deals through approval, closing, and funding
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk ratings, and covenant compliance
- Identify and escalate credit risks; take action on underperforming loans
- Coordinate with credit, legal, treasury, and other internal teams
- Maintain client communication and deliver solutions based on client needs
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience minimum working in CRE Credit experience
- Experience in client acquisition and relationship management skills across corporate clients/trusts
- Credit Training is a Plus
- Bachelor's Degree
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
