A top-tier Asset Manager in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join our growing Channel Marketing team. This full-time position plays a key role in developing and executing data-driven, compliant, and engaging email marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and retention within the institutional and intermediary channels.
- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Manage end-to-end email campaigns — including audience segmentation, content creation, testing, and performance analysis — ensuring timely and accurate delivery across multiple client segments.
- Write, edit, and optimize compelling email content tailored for different audiences, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, engagement) and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to improve results.
- Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to manage nurture streams, trigger campaigns, and maintain database hygiene.
- Partner closely with Institutional Sales, Product, and Compliance teams to align email strategies with overall marketing and distribution goals.
- Innovation & Optimization:
- Continuously test subject lines, design formats, and audience segments to improve email performance. Stay current on best practices in digital and email marketing within financial services.
- Ensure all email campaigns adhere to brand and compliance standards, reflecting the firm’s institutional credibility and investment expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Marketing, Communications, or Finance preferred.
- 5 years of email or digital marketing experience within asset management, financial services, or a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, separate accounts, and institutional investing.
- Proven success managing data-driven, compliant email campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in email marketing and automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, etc.).
- Knowledge of compliance rules and FINRA/SEC marketing regulations.
- Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach to campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
