Do you love working with kids and want to grow as a leader? Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland is seeking an energetic Assistant Director to join our team! This role focuses on on-field coaching, coach development, and hands-on leadership—especially within our Soccer Shots league during the season.

What You’ll Do:
- Coach children ages 2–9 in fun, engaging soccer sessions (training provided
- Train and support coaches while building a positive team culture
- Take a leadership role in our Soccer Shots league
- Help create a fun, safe, and development-focused experience for players
